" The cable is GONE!" Thats what my son said to me this morning. Not "good morning mother" or "im hungry" but "The cable is GONE!" Yup, we disconnected the idiot box this past weekend. I think its safe to say that we had cable just because youre supposed to have it. I mean, whats the point of having cable, internet and netflix at the same time. Perhaps we'll try the
Roku box or something like that. Have any of you tried it?
Anywho, since theres no tv to watch, we're heading out side to enjoy the 1000 degree weather!

I've unplugged too and it feels great and I certaintly don't miss it. I'm a netflix girl myself.

We ditched the cable a few yrs ago too (before we had kids) & just have netflix that we hook up to the wii. It was a great decision!
