Baby its HOT outside...

So I think the heat has finally scrambled my brain. So much so that I decided to pretend it was winter. I cranked the air conditioning up to 68 degrees and set about creating my faux winter meal. Whats for dinner tonight?

So maybe it didnt change the temperature outside but this dinner made me forget about the 110 degree heat index for a moment.
